New Year, New You Challenge

Over a powerful 15-day challenge, Dr. Mel will share her tips that will lead you to the integration of key habits associated with longevity.

Material will be delivered in daily sessions Monday through Friday, allowing weekends to review, and reflect. Every day slowly and deliberately builds upon the prior ones, so that by the end of the challenge, you will have a full set of healthy habits and a plan for 2021, so you can finally say goodbye to the “yo-yo” and say hello to an enduring feeling of good health, energy, and confidence.

Information is organized into 5 modules, each covering a different habit of health, on a private interactive platform. The 6th and final module will pull the material together, empowering you to create a year-long plan for optimal health.  

All sessions will be recorded, so you can proceed at your own pace. Because putting newly learned material to practice right away leads to faster integration, Dr. Mel will end each session with an assignment.
